staff who are involved in recruitment or support roles, our Recruitment Office,
security organizations, recruitment agencies and other third parties who assist
us in the recruitment process.
If you choose not to provide any of the information requested, we may be
unable to send you information, fully process your application or properly
consider you for employment.
We will at all times keep your information
confidential and only pass on relevant information concerning the job you
have applied for, information your future employer needs and any part thereof
we require to conduct reference checks on your behalf.
Policy Changes:
CookInSitu Pty Ltd may, at any time, amend the provisions in this Privacy
Policy. Changes to this policy will be reflected by the “Effective Date” as
displayed at the top of this policy.
Information stored:
All information such as name, address, phone numbers, Curriculum Vitae,
date of birth, references and all other documentation supplied to us on your
behalf for processing or assessing will be in the event of an unsuccessful
application or withdrawal on your behalf destroyed after 6 (six) months.
However, if your application has been successful in any way or you have
worked with us or have been submitted as sponsored, your information will be
stored for 7 (seven) years.
